When you call Stonegate Center, your call will most likely be answered by Robert Shryoc, our admissions coordinator. You won't find a more happy, contented, and helpful person to talk to. Robert is married and has 3 kids.
Robert will chat about your situation and along the way ask for your name, address, phone number. If you are interested in pursuing treatment for yourself or a loved one, further information will be discussed including insurance options.
The next step, should the potential patient be interested in pursuing treatment, is a clinical interview. The interview will consist of questions regarding current medications, medical problems, legal issues, substance abuse, behaviors and stressors, history of treatment, sexual addiction/compulsivity, eating disorders and violence. Following the interview, the clinician will consult the appropriate physician and a recommendation will be given within 24 hours.
Be assured that throughout this process, we will handle your call with the utmost confidentiality and care. Our true passion is to help families who are caught up in addiction.
